Push notifications not working!!!

I have a voice only SIM. There is an issue with the cellular data option. If I have cellular data enabled, I don't get notifications. So I need to keep it disabled. However, when I have it disabled, mms will not load. Seems like a bug and I should report it somewhere.

I have found the best solution for it windows get confused between cellular and wifi connections so when you are using wifi turn cellular data off. problem solved !!!!!!!
