Push notifications problems?

Hi! Does anyone know if there are still problems with push notifications in Windows 10 Mobile? (specially Whatsapp). By problem I mean what happens currently in 8.1 that previously "received" messages only appear when you open the app. I think it also happens with Facebook and other apps.

I do not find that helpful. I find that to be an insult or a criticizing statement to Windows Phone and their users.

It's helpful for me cause it helps me to decide whether I'll go on using Windows or not. For someone who uses Whatsapp frequently it's totally annoying and there has been pretty much time to solve it.

Everyone's opinion is valid, as is your's. But unluckily if all WP users think like that and don't accept criticism for improving features and making a better OS, then WP won't get over 3% market share.

Can you write in a better manner that is nicer and not as critical to other users? It does not take much to do so....
