Sorry a bit to quick on the buttons.
My problem is that I don't get notifications from my app's unless I am on wifi. I have checked all my settings round my data, without any luck. My wife gets notifications from same apps without being on wifi, we have Lumia 930

check your data sense, most probably it seems like data sense is blocking apps to use mobile data.
