Pushing a little hard on the screen

When I am using my phone sometimes I might press a little too hard, and I see some "distortion" in the screen,
kinda like when you press on the lcd monitor.

Is this normal? It doesnt happen but very rarely when I press a little harder on accident.

I am guessing its just because the screen is an lcd screen and is reacting the same way from a lil more pressure

Oh ok, I was wondering if it was just the 1520 since is the screen is so large that it doesnt have alot of support behind it in the center...
