Qi compatible charger and 830 not working

Just got a compatible charger for my 830 and it's not charging. Is there something that has to be turned on in the settings for wireless charging to work?

No settings needed, just drop your phone on the qi pad. Check your back cover if my not be pushed in all the way. Make sure there is no gaps. Flush all the way around. If that doesn't work try another back cover. BTW what Qi charger did you end up getting?
