Well apparently, the federal jury after hearing the full slate of evidence in the case, did not agree with you that Qualcomm acted "brazenly". They just ruled that Qualcomm did not violate its license with Arm Holdings with its acquisition of Nuvia and the development of its technology.


I am sure that Arm Holdings will appeal, but this is not a promising initial outcome.

Hot takes to paint Qualcomm as the bad guy are understandable, but the facts may not support this narrative.
