Question about 10136 OS version #

Hi all....I just updated to 10136 by downgrading to 8.1 and then installing the Windows Insider app and taking the Fast track.

Judging by what it says in the screenshot below, is the OS version # correct?

I guess because many people confused the Build version with the OS version, it is now identical. I think this was a very stupid decision. Now the older Builds have a higher OS version than the newer ones -.-. It would have been better to add a new line or add the Build Number in brackets after "Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview" or something like that.

IS OS version 10.0.12634.0 still considered Build 10136?

Thats what?s so inconsistent. This Build number 12634 you see in the Update Notification is nowhere referenced again on the phone after the update. The about screen only shows 10.0.10136.0.
