Hmm, do all the clouds work that way? (you control whats on the clou from your PC?) what if you upload pics or vids from your phone then delete from the phone, will they delete from skydrive?

Hmm, do all the clouds work that way? (you control whats on the clou from your PC?) what if you upload pics or vids from your phone then delete from the phone, will they delete from skydrive?
So I got my free 25gb (yay) and made a skydrive folder on my pc, I put all my music on there (11gbs) and its syncing currently, so basiclly anything I put in that folder it will sync to skydrive cloud correct? But what happen if I delete stuff from that folder? It will delete it off the cloud? Thats my main concern.
Overall I think skydrive is the best bang for your buck, 7 or 25gb free, then 20gb for 10$ a year, 50gb for 25$ a year, amazing prices! Icloud is too much, dropbox is too much, google is a good value but its all over the place.
