Will the ball bearings of our 1020's camera be affected if we drop our phone or if it's vigorously shaked?

And is the rattling sound coming from the camera on videos recorded while mildly shaking the phone normal?

as far as i know, the noise isnt normal... i dont have any to be honest. and the camera system is very delicate... i think dropping it can affect the camera, and of course, everything

Actually, the noise is normal, though I haven't heard it in any recordings (the videos I take usually have a fair amount of ambient sound). My 1020 even came with a card with the following...

Nokia Lumia comes with some incredible technology that you can actually hear.

The amazing PureView camera inside your phone is delicately cushioned with
suspended optics that are literally rolling on tiny ball bearings.

So if you hear something moving around inside your Lumia 1020, don't worry.
That's the sound of blur-free photos and super-stable videos.

Unless you shake your phone top-bottom-front-back while recording a video in a quiet room. Can you try that for me? :)

You post first. :)

Seriously though, if you're having camera noises, post a quick example, and I'll try and duplicate the same motion on mine.
