Quick navigation to android Phone’s download folder

Hi,
how could I set up an option that every time I plug in new android phone windows straight opens it’s Internal Storage/Download, could be this done automatically somehow?

I’d like to skip every time to chose device then it’s internal storage and finally download, would be excellent to have download folder opened after plugging in
