Quick Replay from notification in windows 10 for phone

Will it be possible for all messaging app (WhatsApp, bbm, wechat, line, hike) to replay quickly from notification just as it has been shown in windows 10 event for inbuilt messaging app?

Yes, Microsoft could've enabled the APIs to support that feature. It's upto the app devs to implement it
