Rain marks on window

We have one large windows in the front of the house which has 2 smaller Windows on the top we had company to look at the window as when it rains or after it has rained the seal around the small window drips down the middle of the window which leaves it stained, the company has said this is normal as anybody got any advice as none of the other rubber window seals do this thanks chris

You need to phone a double glazing company and ask them to upgrade your 'Windows'

The seal needs replacing, it's not normal it's a defect.

Don't take my word it, phone a contractor like everglaze and get a second opinion.

Anyway this is site for Windows operating system and it's ecosystem not glazing or glass panes :winktongue:.
