Random screen flicker horizontal line in Lumia 525 screen

I have observed that I get a horizontal line like a flicker while playing flappy bird clone by zodo and subway surfers. I also observed the same while watching videos using mytube. Is it a screen defect with my phone? Or does anyone else has also observed such things while using various apps? To Me it seems that the screen is unable to keep up with moving objects on screen.

If you don't get any other tips I recommend you to try a hard reset, and if that doesn't work, send it back.
