random screen problem

I am having too much problems with my lumia 920 which is only 3 months old. Biggest problem is screen freezes any time which can only be cured by locking it and then unlocking it. Also when screen freezes many times it shows thousands of small dots together. I also noticed that phone becomes very hot at that time.
this problem occurs many times a day, please help me guys.
should i take it to nokia care(in my city i don't have ncc, nokia care van comes once a week) or sell it and wait for another lumia . Please help me

sad to hear you are having such issues with your Lumia 920.
try to do a soft reset , this will not erase any data from your phone , to do so press volume down and lock button at the same time , ignore slide to power off on your phone , phone will vibrate and restart itself , you can release the button. This should fix such problems

I really doubt if a soft reset will solve it. Well if it does, good for you. Else take it to Nokia Care without delay. You wouldn't like to screw things up any further. Rather let the Care Center handle things their way.

or a hard reset is not that difficult , nokia will try to do the same

Guys today i did a hard reset but things are just same. Also when screen freezes it becomes upside down , however rotataion is locked.

you should wait for the nokia care van , it must be a hardware defect , they will replace\fix that for you
