As for price, we do not know how much the new devices with official Windows 10 installed will cost once they are released.

People buying a new Lumia are usually limited by what's available for their region, carrier, and price as well as what features they want. Different people have different priorities in their buying decisions.

As Pete said, different criteria for different buyers. Some value Glance, some don't. Some want a better camera experience, some could care less. Some are happy with built in storage and some absolutely need expandable storage.

In general price makes a huge difference to most consumers. Saying get X as the best means little to someone on a budget who has no way to justify the expense. Or if it simply is not available in their market.

Smart consumers find their price point and compare features within that range and reference the feature list against their preferences and needs.
