Re-Buying Games? Or Is Their A Work Arround?

hi i had paid for angry birds on my old iPhone, and then when i got my samsung galaxy s i had it as it was free, and now i have won that microsoft #droidrage thing on twitter i have a htc radar, i want angry birdsk but i dont want to pay more than 4x what i have already paid on my old iPhone! is their a work arround or anyway that because i have already purchased the game i can get it free on my winpho7 phone?

There are free alternatives of that type of game of course. One that I know of is Pandas vs Ninjas. I think there were at least a couple other ones, as well.
