Read phone texts etc from tablet??

Hi. I'm wondering if this exists... I have a Lumia925 i.e. WP8 phone. Do apps exist that allow me to link my phone to my W8.1 tablet (e.g. via BT) such that when a text or other messages come in on the phone, I get notified on my tablet and can respond from same? Much like Skype? If not, wouldn't that be a cool app suite to build?

I'm thinking the WP app is the same on RT as it is on W8? If so then there's not much too it. I don't think there's anything available for what you want currently.
