reasking | battery calibration

I just want to make sure...

is it necessary to calibrate our lumia625 batteries? I ever red in this forum actually, but the topic is about lumi800

and I ever red in my local forum , that it is necessary and very recommended to calibrate our batteries by this steps :
1. Let your batteries be empty (0%) , so the phone can not be turned on.

2. Charge your phone in plane mode and do not use it until the batteries 100%

3. Do it 3-5 times in at least once a month.

How do you think?

I am really confuse , have I to calibrate it or not. Because sometimes I feel my battery drains so fast ( I only using whatsapp though ).

please any respons and sorry for my bad English.

Current battery technology is pretty flexible, charge whenever you want, but over time, accuracy could be diminished and you would perform that procedure. but I'd recommend it be done every month or two.

but constantly draining to zero and back again is not recommended from what I can piece together.
but sure have fun with it
