Is there a way to reboot the 920 without shutting it off?

I'm pretty sure a reboot requires shutting it off

Then open "about."

Then click on the "reset your phone."

It will erase everything on the phone and reinstall the core apps.

Not sure what you asking. Are you asking if there is a reboot? Pressed and hold power button over 10 seconds. This will reboot our device.

Grrr where did my post go? Lol. Anyways, I have the same question. What you suggest only powers it down. Is there a way to power down and up in one step?

no, if you hold down the power button over 10 seconds then you feel the vibration, then let go. This will reboot your device.

Just tried that on my 920.. it just sits with the lock screen waiting to be pulled down I held the button for at least a full minute just waiting lol...

To reboot per the Nokia Lumia 920 User Guide:

"Press and hold the volume down key and power key at the same time for about 10 seconds. The phone switches off. To switch your phone back on, press and hold the power key."
