Receiving Double SMS

I'm on the latest insider build 10586.29 and now I'm getting duplicate text messages. Strange, but it's only folks on AT&T that the messages are duplicated.

It comes and goes on my 920...people complain of getting duplicates of my text's as well from time to time. Obnoxious and I have no idea what the fix is (if any). Subscribed!
