Recommended free VPN, antivirus or antimalware

Hi. I would like to know if Cyberghost free, Avira free and Voodooshield free is good enough for protecting my PC from malware, protect identity, etc.

If not, please recommend me some of your favorite or better free security programs.

I'm not familiar with the other two but Avira is a competent antivirus solution.

But also make sure to exercise common sense!
