Recover photos and texts

I had to do a master reset in order to get a new phone through warranty and lost all of my photos and text messages :crying:. Is there a way I can recover these?

I appreciate any help!!

Ehm wow.. Those should've been backed up to onedrive or on your pc/laptop :/ Try connecting the phone to the pc and then using Recuva app by piriform...

I have a Mac--does that make a difference? And is the Recuva app by piriform just an online app that I can download or is it through the Windows Store?

Don't think it should be a problem Just a app which you can download from the piriform website (quick google search) lol
