Recovery tool says my phone is up to date!

I'm using build 10536 and want to roll back to Windows 8.1, but Recovery Tool says my phone already has the latest software. The only option given is to reinstall de system. The file is downloading and has 1,64GB. Is it Windows 8.1?

Yep. It will download and install the latest official release for your phone, which will be WP 8.1.
