Rediff sync problem

Rediffmail is having sync issues. Mail app for Windows 8 doesn't support POP3, but gives option to get mail from other providers to outlook via outlook.com. But it seems not to work with rediff. I tried adding rediff mail to gmail app.. It was a success, but its failing in outlook. All config info is correct... Yet it shows unable to authorize. It happens on WP mail client too.. Idk what's troubling it ... Either its rediff side or Ms side. But rest mails like AOL, Yahoo are syncing and working well.. Any idea about this issue??
