regarding gdr3 update to L520

i have been waiting for the gdr3 update as the amber has not been satisfactory. i got the update but im not able to download it through data pack.does the update download on wifi only?
and please let me know the features of gdr3 for L520.

Just installed it and will be trying it out. I like the ability to close apps by long pressing the back button and tapping the "X". Screen lock is nice. Other features added are custom tones for text messages assignable to a particular contact. Also, there is Drive mode. For me, the custom tones and Drive mode are a non issue as I use Google Voice (MetroTalk) and Drive mode isn't something I'd use.

Storage space is about the same as before the update. Battery life and responsiveness remain to be seen. FM radio still works.

I have the AT&T version.

Guys im in pakistan and i have been checking for updates in my phone and it still says phone upto date when I check for update, what should I do?
