You can ask Nokia Care India or your local phone retailers for that information. The Nokia India site currently says "Coming soon" for the 620.

I spoke to few Nokia Priority Dealers in Pune, as per them it is going to available in store on 15th or 16th Feb... Price will be around 15K to 16K.

15000 rupees is about ?177. You might be lucky and get the phone at that price but I'd imagine it would be slightly more expensive than that.
