I have an old (~2002) Artek 250 GByte removable USB disk drive. If I power it on and plug the drive into a Win 7 laptop it's recognized OK. If I then connect it to Win 10 laptop it's also recognized. However, if I power it off, power it on and then connect it to the Win 10 laptop it is not recognized. Is there a way that I can get the drive recognized on Win 10 without first connecting it to Win 7?
