Remove calendar event?

My calendar is displaying "family day" as an all day event. I know what day it is, I don't need it displaying on my start and lockscreens all day, yet I can't remove it like I can when i add events to the calendar myself. Is there a special way to remove these?

Family day is a guess a part of the holiday calendar
And these entries you can not delete,

You can however go to calendar > setting > and disable Holliday calendar

If you set up All Day events as Free then they don't show on your lock screen etc.
