Replaced Surface rt resync everything?

I had to get a new surface rt. I synced everything from the old one. What all am I able to get to resync?

I think I get it.
Anything you've saved to SkyDrive will still be there. If you use the same account and have synced settings to SkyDrive, they'll be there. App purchases will be retained. I think they even automatically start re-downloading.
There's an easy way to find out - do a factory reset on the RT you've got.

Yep, good point. I have everything in SkyDrive so I forgot a loss of local data might affect others.
