Replacement Parts for 822

Does anyone know where I could find reasonably priced replacement parts for the 822?
I have acquired a very smashed up Lumia 822 and I need to replace the front glass and LCD. I've been able to find the glass/digitizer online, but no one seems to have replacement LCDs for the 822.

I'm hoping to be able to restore the phone and then either sell it or keep it for myself, so I'm trying to repair the device as cheaply as possible, but I understand that LCDs, especially on a carrier specific model will carry a premium.

Ouch, a replacement screen and LCD $174.99......You could almost replace the phone for that much...

Oh - and that's the digitizer, screen, AND front housing. The digitizer is $28, and the screen is $82 separately.
