Replacement waze app suggestions?

Does anyone know if there an app we can use that can replace waze and works as well as waze does for detecting speed traps?

Sadly there aren't any others. Trapster would have been the closest equivalent but they shut the service down (and even then most people stopped using it a long time ago in favor of waze). I'd love to ditch waze if there was another option available. It's so buggy on Windows Phone, plus I'm not a fan of indirectly supporting Google through it...

I didn't even know that you could put it on windows 8.1. How did you manage to get it installed?
