Replacing 925 battery

Does anyone know how involved the process is to change out the battery on a 925? I've seen a few tear-down videos, and it looks like the large majority of components need to be removed prior to the battery. Just looking at the device though, it looks like the battery should be able to be removed first, not sure though since I've never attempted it.

Where did you find teardowns for the 925 ... YouTube?
Looked on ifixit they show one for the 920.

Yeah, found the tear-down on YouTube. Completely removed everything from the phone. It's pretty crazy how many components are housed in this phone.

I was curious how to get this phone apart with the aluminum around the edges.
Didn't see any screws.
It is amazing what's packed into these things.
