XboxMad reports that publisher Game Troopers is bringing iOS, Android and Steam game Tiny Trooper, to Windows Phone and Windows 8 as an Xbox live title!

These developers think windows phone has the least market and to develop games for this platform is not necessary as they earn more money with ios/android such a shame for microsoft it can easily pay the developers but don't want to pay and instead we guys have to pay for them

Microsoft IS paying developers, and they have been for a while. You might not realize it though, because they don't come right out and tell you it's happening.
