reset a window phone 7 question

Planning to give my windows focus flash to family member, my ATT account would also be transferred. I was going to clear out all the old data and windows live ID by doing a hard reset to factory settings. I just want to confirm that the reset does NOT change the network settings... meaning the phone will continue to make & receive phone calls, and the data connection will continue to work...

To be on the safe side before you hard reset the phone and erase everything. It would be best to write down the info under -> settings -> cellular->edit data. So in case something goes wrong you can reinput the information after it has been reset..

Also if you have installed Wireless Manager you may want to write that info down has well for mmsc settings..
