Reset Nokia Lumina 925 with moving gears going on 7 hours now... HELP!!

My Nokia Lumina 925 is still in gear moving status after Factory reset for the past 7 hours....

No way a factory reset would take 7 hours. At this stage I suggest you wait for the battery to drain or else take it to Nokia Care.

Hold down the volume up button and the camera button to do a soft reset. Or download the Nokia care software and choose the "my device does not boot" option.
Btw, that was a huge problem before, there are several threads for more detailed steps to DIY fix it
