Reset it then tap don't restore.

Sorry my question is how to reset the phone. I don't want to lose any data and installed apps.???

You cannot reset without losing data. You can go to Settings > About > Reset your phone. You get make a back up then restore from back up after you reset. Your apps will still be there but you will have to download them again.
