Reset protection Help!

I rolled back from windows 10 mobile and did not turn off reset protection. What to do? Where do I get recovery key?

As far as I know, there is no "reset key". If you "rolled back" off Windows 10 for Mobile then you are running Windows Phone 8.1 now. This process does wipe the phone and reset it back to defaults, overall.

What is it that you're worried about?

When I rolled back and reset the phone, it won't let me past the "reset protection notification" screen.

It asks to disable with a recovery key or if I hit next, it sticks on a setup wizard page.

Seems like you should be able to use the device if you log into it with your phone's previous Microsoft account.
