Resetting

If I reset the phone (Lumia 800), will all my contacts disappear? How can I take a back-up?

Have you created yourself a Windows Live Account (or Microsoft Account as they are now calling it)? if you have then just make sure you synchronise with that before you reset. Once you've reset just re-link to you Windows Live Account and your contacts should re-appear again. I've just done this recently and it worked like a dream.
