Resize saved image to lock screen size?

Hello!!!
I just want to know if there is any app that resizes a saved image to my lock screen size. In this case a Lumia 620.
Because I want to use a image on my lock screen but it seems that I can't use the "full" image, just part of it.
I appreciate any help! =)

You could try InstaSquarer. Sometimes it help. Or PhotoShop on PC of course)

I've searched all over store for "resizes" apps, hahahaha, and didn't find any.
InstaSquarer worked well.
PhotoShop on PC always =) but I wanted to be able to do it on my Lumia.
