Resizing pics in MMS

So another issue after the new ROM was installed is that I almost always get the error of "could not resize image" when I take a picture with the camera, then attempt to send it via MMS. It will work if I go to file explorer, find the picture, open it, then send it that way. Just not from the camera.

Anyone else experiencing this?
