During the week I usually get "moderate." On the weekends, I typically get "good." I think a lot of it has to do with the duration and not just how much restful sleep you've gotten, although I'm sure that's still a factor. Typically I don't get too much more restful sleep on the weekends than I do during the week, but my duration is an hour or an hour and a half longer. I've also seen "fair" a couple times, which seems to be worse than "moderate." And ONE time, I saw "optimal." No idea why as it didn't look different than any other "good" sleep I've gotten. The only thing that seemed different was that my efficiency was at like 95 or 96% vs. being in the high 80's and low 90's. I really wish I knew more about how
