Restore Text backup

After upgrading to 14295 my texts arent restored. Is there a way to restore them manually ?

How long have you waited? Sometimes it takes a little while to restore them.

There was a garage text back up/restore app in the store a while back, but as you have upgraded before backing up I'm not sure if that would work.
