Restoring after Windows 10 TP Update

I instaled the TP yesterday, and today I decided to make a hard reset. But I am encoutering some issues to Restore my phone (Settings and Data). Any one else?

might be bug. better start afresh. and later on when you will roll back to 8.1 restore the settings easily. good day

Yeah, it was buggy, but already finished.

I really recomend to make a hard reset after the Update...
