restoring deleted photos?

i saved some of my private photos in photo secret app.somehow i deleted the app.how can i restore the pictures from the deleted app?

It's difficult to answer your question without more details.
I'm guessing you are asking about a Windows phone app.

Perhaps you can reinstall the app.
If the app has a login that you can remember it may make your photos viewable again.

I would say if you have an active Microsoft/Live account your photos are available in OneDrive.
