Revive a bricked Nokia Lumia 900

Hi guys,
This is my first post and since there is no discussions about the Nokia Lumia 9200, I posted on the Nokia Lumia 920. I have a bricked Nokia Lumia 900 which I want to fix and donate (I know it's old, but I just want to donate it). I have found too many videos on the web on how to revive it, but nothing worked for me. I even tried with a spare fully charged battery, but nothing worked. I thought maybe here, I can get some help. All what I need is good tools to make it work again.

Well, we don't really know what is wrong with it for sure.

I can say to get a donor 900 and swap parts around, but I don't think it'll be worth it without having a better idea of what needs fixing.
