Rezoom on Windows Computer

I'd like to be able to download both the low and highres fotos to my computer in and be able to rezoom then on the computer and occasionally sync them back to the phone. Will there be an app available for that?

Just connect phone to PC via the USB cable and copy over what you need. With 8.1 photos sync both low and high res images to onedrive making it a little easier
