Rick and Morty uncensored? - Microsoft Store

Does anyone know if the version of Rick and Morty (Season 1-3 box set) is uncensored on the MS Store? It is on sale now and I'd happily grab it if it is the full uncensored version.

I'm buying from Canada.

It may be best to contact Microsoft support themselves about this, or the distributor if you can find who it is.
