Yes, it'll update to Windows 10 beta lol. On a serious note, yes it could since its a beta and there have been reports of folks bricking their devices during a downgrade to WP8.1. As long as you read and understand the risks (if you already haven't) you should be fine.

I suggest to not update your phone yet. It's too early for you to update immediately, I guess. WP8.1 runs smoothly and faster than WP10 since it's still in beta. You can have WP8.1 first until you feel boring on it and then you can switch to WP10 where you can enjoy exploring it and so you can see the difference in them.

I don't think that it would adversely affect your device. 10581 is quite solid build and I am running it on my 730 since day 1 of its release. You would enjoy this build. On a second note, just be ready with Windows Device Recovery Tool in case you want to go back to 8.1. till then, have fun with W10 TP

but there is a problem in my extras setting.the audio is not opening and many other like motion data,touch,etc what should i do about it?

I am also using same build in Lumia 730... Don't worry build does not affect ur phone in any way... And the apps which u r saying that it is not opening, just chill that doesn't support in build. They migrated in w10 and old apps are no longer required.

Install Windows Insider, enroll in Fast Ring and install the Fast Configuration update. After that search the Store for updates and install all of them. Give it few hours (may take days) before all the Extras apps start to show up again and be usable. The apps are sort of compatible and work, it just takes a few days before they show up under Settings >> Extras again.
