Ringer - 1520 volume control/silent

Hello, is there an app/live tile which would make changing the ringer to silent/increase/decrease ringer volume easier from the start screen on the 1520? The volume buttons are ok, but when a soft shell, for better grip, is in place on the phone it makes them harder to use Gx

No third party apps can control phone's settings. So the answer is : NO
