I have a Microsoft Lumia 535 running windows 8.1
The problem is that the sound of the ringtone is not heard. When one calls my mobile number the sound of the ringtone is not heard. It only vibrates. I’ve checked the settings and it’s everything set up correct. The problem is solved only when I turn the mobile off and then on again. But I have to do that nearly every day. Can anybody help me with that?
